Job Description

What will you do? The Welding Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing training programs for welders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. They collaborate with technical and production teams to develop training materials, oversee practical sessions, and assess participants' performance, guaranteeing continuous improvement in welding skills and techniques. How will you do it? 1. Develop training programs in welding techniques, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. 2. Coordinate theoretical and practical training sessions, supervising participants' performance. 3. Evaluate and certify welders' skills through tests and internal audits. 4. Update training materials based on new technologies and industry regulations. 5. Collaborate with technical teams to improve welding processes and ensure operational efficiency. What are we looking for? Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field, or advanced welding certification. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial welding and technical training. English 60%. ASME Section VIII, Section IX Certification. Knowledge in ASME Section V, Section II. Deep knowledge of welding processes, materials, and international standards. Strong communication and teaching skills to train work teams. Ability to supervise and evaluate welders and welding procedures. Technical documentation management, including Welding Procedure Specifications. (WPS) and certifications. Adaptability to new technologies and welding methodologies. Ability to use office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Problem-solving. Leadership and motivation. Adaptability and critical thinking.
