Job Description

Head of Data & AI Leading Technology Company in the Market On-site Modality Metropolitan Area of Mexico City Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in: Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Robotics, Mechatronics 7 years of experience in data science, predictive modeling, data science through artificial intelligence, statistical model analysis, and information technologies. Certification in data mining and dashboard creation Advanced knowledge in data technologies (Big Data, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing), AI platforms, machine learning, and advanced analytics. Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Familiarity with data privacy and ethics regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Knowledge of Big Data platforms. Advanced English Responsibilities: Implement methodologies for the creation, development, and maintenance of AI algorithms and models. Design and implement dashboards and reports using Big Data technology tools. Define and execute the global data and artificial intelligence strategy aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Lead multidisciplinary teams of data scientists, data engineers, analysts, and AI experts to develop innovative solutions. Oversee the architecture, quality, security, and governance of data across the organization. Identify opportunities to implement AI and machine learning to improve products, services, and operations. Coordinate with other company departments (IT, marketing, operations, finance) to promote a data-driven culture and adoption of AI-based solutions. Present reports and recommendations to senior management on progress, risks, and opportunities in Data & AI
