ERP Business Analyst

6 years of experience with Oracle ERP as Business Analyst. Preferred Qualifications • Must have at least 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Accounting & Finance or the banking industry. • Must have experience supporting Finance & Accounting staff using a major ERP system like Oracle. • Must quickly gain knowledge of existing systems and drive solution for new systems. • Gather intelligence from the business units about current and future needs. • Partner with downstream and upstream application users to ensure project meets specific needs and resolves requirements successfully covering all impacted stakeholders. • Must have good organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Must have good written, email and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of various teams.
