We are seeking a highly skilled Developer/Consultant with expertise in TIBCO BE, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development . The ideal candidate must be proficient in Spanish (speaking and writing) and have experience working with banking customers on technical implementation and onboarding . This role requires strong solution design and architecture capabilities , along with the ability to interact directly with business users and take full ownership of communication. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions using TIBCO BusinessEvents (BE), Java, and Spring Boot . Lead architecture discussions and ensure best practices in Microservices development . Collaborate with banking clients to facilitate smooth onboarding and technical implementations . Communicate effectively with business users , ensuring seamless coordination and problem resolution. Take full ownership of technical solutions , documentation, and delivery timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong expertise in TIBCO BE, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development. Proven ability to design and architect scalable solutions in enterprise environments. Experience working with banking systems and managing customer interactions . Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to client collaboration.
