Oracle and Cloud Technical Lead

Role : Technical Lead, availability to work in Querétaro, Monterrey, Guadalajara or CDMX, hybrid mode. TATA* is looking for Oracle Fusion ERP EPM Cloud Integration Technical Lead. Experience: 5 years Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 10 years progressively responsible professional experience, with 5 years of technical lead experience. Experience with leading development/production support team is required. Experience with ERP SaaS-based applications (i.e. Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS) is required. 3 years of work experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is required. Experience with OIC using ERP Adapter, XSLT, Oracle DB, Oracle PaaS, REST/SOAP Services is required. Experience with Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database and PL/SQL is required. Experience with Oracle FIN/SCM modules such as Payables, Receivables, Procurement, General Ledger, Project Costing is required. Experience with designing and developing integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud including making REST and SOAP calls to perform FBDI File Uploads is preferred. Experience with creating outbound integrations in OIC and Oracle ERP Cloud by using REST API, BI Publisher and OTBI Report is preferred. Experience with creating inbound/outbound OIC integrations to Oracle EPM Cloud via REST API and Data Management is preferred. Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI Report and custom ESS jobs in ERP Cloud is preferred. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services such as FastConnect, Compute Instance, LBaaS, object storage is preferred. Experience with Oracle EPM modules such as EDMCS, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS and EPM Automate is desirable. • Experience with Oracle ERP and EPM security, as well as Oracle Identify Cloud Services (IDCS) is desirable. Roles & Responsabilities: Responsible for analyzing and translating business, information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that fits within Petco's Enterprise Reference Architecture and outlines solutions that integrate across applications, systems, and platforms to achieve business objectives. Collaborates with a team of offshore and nearshore integration developers and cloud admin. Coordinates with business SMEs, IT teams and vendors within an application or infrastructure domain to develop technical solutions and troubleshoot production issues. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the application or the infrastructure design. Evaluates existing or proposed systems and business requirements to develop solutions and technologies to solve the business need within the Enterprise Reference Architecture. Estimates effort and scope for enhancement and bug fix. Creates/reviews technical specifications. Ensures success of application or infrastructure planning, configuration, and deployments Influences key applications and infrastructure decisions Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering system and application capacity and limitations, service level agreements and business requirements. Responsible for quality assurance reviews of assigned projects and the evaluation and documentation of team procedures, applications, and/or infrastructure. Coordinates architecture implementation and modification activities. Assists in post-implementation and continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.
