Plant Controller

Position Title: Plant Controller Location: Puebla Job Summary: Oversees the financial operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost management, and alignment with company objectives. This position requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in manufacturing environments, a deep understanding of financial processes, and excellent leadership skills to support the plant's operational and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the plant. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, including cost of goods sold (COGS), production variances, and operational efficiencies. Develop and implement effective cost control measures to optimize production costs and improve profitability. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and actionable insights. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a Plant Controller or similar role within a manufacturing environment. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
