Project Lead / Manager Product Design

The Project Lead / Manager Product Design candidate must have: Bachelor/ Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience range : 8-10/10 years in CAE Hands on Experience in CAD design, Structural analysis Tool Expertise - CREO, Hypermesh,Abaqus/Ansys. Analysis exposure - - Expertise in Linear & non linearstatic analysis in Optistruct and Abaqus - Dynamic Analysis. - Perform Structural analysis to support conceptual/preliminary/detailed design of systems and sub-systems - Exposure in Durability and Fatigue analysis. - Good understanding of engineering principles and engineering analysis Work experience in Automotive/ off highway vehicle domain Manage the team of ~ 40 engineers Train/Mentor the team, Own/mangage project deliverables. Support in talent hiring for his project team Coordinate internal and external teams Good understanding of program / project management processes Manage project risks, issues and changes. Monitor and report on project progress and performance. Communicate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.
