Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. Responsibilities Calendar management for executives Aid executive in preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives Travel Management: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, visas, security protocols and transportation. Ensure all travel arrangements are well-organized and cost-effective. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Maintain and organize confidential files and records. As well as, confidentially on agenda and whereabouts of people leader & key executives. Personal Support: Assist with personal errands and tasks, such as scheduling personal appointments, managing household staff, and handling personal activities, emails, and phone calls. Coordinate personal travel arrangements and special events. Support bill payments and expense tracking. Oversee household management, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in English Language
