Job Title: Salesperson / Floor Supervisor Location: Kempton park Salary: Market-related and negotiable, based on the candidates existing customer relationships, product knowledge, and proven business development potential. Vacancy Type: Full-Time Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required: Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 5 years sales experience in wood or similar. Knowledge of engineered wood products. Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer relationship management. Proven business development ability. Beneficial requirements: Self-driven and results-oriented. Able to train and supervise floor staff. Duties and responsibilities: Supervise daily floor sales operations. Assist customers with product selection and application. Build and maintain customer relationships. Ensure display and stock accuracy. Drive sales performance to meet targets.
