Skills: Oracle EBS,PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS applications across various modules. You will work closely with functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support customizations, extensions, modifications, and interfaces (RICE components) in Oracle EBS. Work on Oracle EBS modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), Supply Chain (INV, PO), Order Management , or others as required. Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, forms, reports (Oracle Reports, BI Publisher), and workflows. Support and troubleshoot Oracle EBS issues and provide root cause analysis. Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities. Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure all developments follow best practices and are properly documented. Assist in data migration, conversions, and interface development using APIs and Open Interfaces. Provide production support and maintenance of existing applications. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS development. Strong proficiency in PL/SQL , Oracle Forms , Oracle Reports , and BI Publisher . Experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions). Familiarity with Oracle EBS versions R12 and above . Good understanding of functional flows in at least one EBS module (e.g., Finance, SCM, OM). Ability to analyze and debug technical issues independently. Strong communication and documentation skills. Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in government or public sector projects in Singapore. Experience with Oracle Workflow and WebADI. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
