Knowledge of leveraging LLMs and deploying solutions for various Gen-AI use cases. Strong infrastructure/technical background with knowledge of Open Systems platform and moderate information security knowledge. Understanding of ITIL and SRE processes and practices. Good leadership skills for working with application teams and service providers, defining infrastructure deployment plans, cutover/migration strategies, and test plans. Ability to establish infrastructure deployment standards. Good people management, vendor management, and project management skills. Agile experience; AWS certification preferred. Ability to create Bash/Python scripts for infrastructure deployment. Practicing SRE and Chaos Engineering principles. Understanding key SRE concepts such as Toil, SLI, SLO, Error Budgets, MTTD, MTTR, etc. Strong, reliable team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technology teams.
