Main tasks and responsibilities Understand the business development plan, interpret and understand its needs and expectations for human resources work in a timely manner, and provide professional plans and suggestions, including human resource management processes, organizational structure, compensation and benefits, employee incentives, personnel selection and training, and corporate Help develop and enhance the work capability of the company's human resources team. Help develop and enhance the human resources management capabilities of non-human resources managers. Support the human resources start-up work, including preliminary human resources research, personnel policy establishment, organizational structure and salary structure design, employee recruitment and training, etc.; Support the joint venture's human resources integration work according to the needs of business integration, including implementation of human resources due diligence, planning human resources integration plan to promote the introduction of corporate culture and enhance employee capabilities. Regularly review the performance of human resources related indicators and communicate with the general manager and human resources manager on a regular basis. Promote the various functions of the HR department to provide better processes, tools and solutions to meet the needs and expectations of the joint venture. Organize and carry out HR internal audits to promote HR Best Business Practices sharing and overall level improvement. Take responsibility for the management of the company's relevant IOS documents and IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14000 standards and ensure the IOS documents are Operate effectively and continuously improve the relevant procedures and their applications in IOS documents within the department. Responsible for training and developing employees, helping them to give full play to their strengths, ensuring the effective implementation of performance evaluation and succession planning, and continuously Improvements to increase employee engagement. Work Experience: At least five years of relevant work experience as HR Manager. Good written and oral communication skills in English. Familiar with labor and social security laws and regulations.
