ROLE : SCRUM MASTER LOCATION: Monterrey JD: Must have Azure Dev Ops (Visual Studio Teams Services) experience. Bring some ADO reporting and dashboard experience to the table. 5 years of hands-on experience in software development 5 years of leading teams in agile/scrum methodologies Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc. Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment. Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, Rules and practices. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development team’s needs. Passionate commitment to delivering products on time. Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning. Should have knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing. Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Good experience in agile software development practices. First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM) Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
