Data Analyst Requirements 1 - 3 Years working with SQL 1 - 3 Years working with Microsoft Power BI 1 - 3 years of experience with Agile Development methodology & associated tools 1 - 3 years of experience with business requirement gathering and documenting processes using Visio or other visual tools. Superior customer service skills and a strong affinity for process improvements. Ability to gain Epic Cogito certification Nice-to-haves Understanding of a Healthcare setting, specifically with Epic. Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to work across multiple projects, teams, and program areas.
