Position Summary: Sr Manager, Data Analytics (Functional EDAA Consulting Lead) The Sr Manager, Data Analytics (Functional EDAA Consulting Lead) serves as a strategic advisor and execution leader, enabling data-driven decision-making across business domains. This role is responsible for leading the analysis of complex datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive business impact. As a cross-functional leader, the lead oversees data modeling, algorithm development, and ensures that data initiatives are tightly aligned with organizational goals. This role also plays a key part in stakeholder engagement, guiding the adoption of best practices in data management, tool evaluation, and technology enablement. Through expert communication and influence, the role translates data findings into strategic narratives for executive leadership and cultivates a culture of insight-driven innovation. Who were looking for: PrimaryResponsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to establish goals and requirements for data related initiatives. Managing stakeholders' expectations and keeping them updated in terms of project status is a key responsibility. Lead a team of data experts in terms of managing data, conducting analysis and building final presentations. The role will also require coaching the team on the business requirements for specific initiatives. Summarize data into stories and presentations that drive decision-making for business initiatives. This includes presenting findings to leadership. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends by using descriptive and predictive techniques. Develop strategic insights and recommendations for actions based upon the data. This requires having an understanding of the business and stakeholders. Oversee the development of data models and algorithms that can be used to establish repeatable analyses. Skill: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Experience in data visualization and storytelling to communicate insights effectively. Project management experience in terms of building plans and managing stakeholders. Ability to manage a cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. A track record of building business acumen. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python and R is plus Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 8 Professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
