Job Description
Requirements: 4-5 years experience in Payroll Administration Experience on VIP and MIBFA / MEIBC essential Must have experience in previously running a payroll Must reside on the East Rand Non smoker Diploma in Finance advantageous Knowledge of relevant labour laws and tax regulations Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and V look ups essential) Main Responsibilities: Payroll Processing: Capture and manage monthly payroll data using VIP Premier, maintain accurate records, and handle payroll-related administration. Timesheet Management: Liaise with departments to meet deadlines, administer and process timesheets, and capture labour summaries. Time & Attendance (ERS): Oversee the full ERS system, manage schedules, monitor attendance, and audit compliance with company smoking policies. Employee Self-Service (ESS): Approve and verify all leave types, ensuring supporting documentation is valid and compliant. Canteen System Administration: Maintain the system by adding/removing employees, adjusting limits, and resetting monthly allocations. General Administration: Provide office support through filing, archiving, and preparation of ad hoc reports as required.
