Payroll Specialist

We're Hiring: Payroll Specialist Location: Mexico City - hybrid As part of the Payroll team you are responsible for payroll processes and calculations. This role requires proficiency in English and experience with payroll accounting, as well as familiarity with SAP for accurate record-keeping. What You’ll Do: ✅ Oversee payroll processes and confirming accuracy ✅ Collaborate with HR to address payroll-related inquiries ✅ Analyze payroll data for compliance and reporting ✅ Support the implementation of payroll systems and tools ✅ Engage with stakeholders to understand payroll needs What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related fields 3 years of experience minimum in payroll calculation, payroll accounting and reconciliation Monthly and bi-monthly contributions calculation for payment Knowledge of SAP for accounting purposes preferred Fluent English (spoken and written) Significant analytical skills and attention to detail Proficient in planning and organization Exceptional communication skills If you're ready to take your career to the next level in a role that combines strategic impact with global collaboration, we’d love to connect!
