Import Export Specialist

We’re Hiring! | Import & Export Specialist Are you ready to take the lead in international logistics and compliance? We're looking for an experienced Import & Export Specialist to join our team and ensure flawless coordination of our cross-border operations. Your mission: Create and manage international shipment orders Supervise import/export processes from A to Z Ensure on-time deliveries while meeting all compliance and documentation requirements Be a key liaison between internal teams, customs brokers, and external partners ️ What we’re looking for: Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures Hands-on experience with truck, intermodal & ocean transport Proven ability to manage shipping documents & cost analysis Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Advanced Excel skills – you know your way around complex data Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, or related fields 3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive sector Immediate or fast availability is a plus If you thrive in fast-paced environments, value process integrity, and are passionate about seamless logistics — this is your opportunity.
