Job Description The Learning & Development (L&D) Partner supports the design, coordination, and implementation of leadership development programs, compliance training, and learning ecosystem initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Learning & Development to ensure program quality, logistical efficiency, and alignment with organizational learning strategies. Key Responsibilities Support the program design, logistics, and execution of Solidigm U in partnership with L&D leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Manage end-to-end delivery of the Solidigm Leadership Development (SLD) program, including stakeholder coordination, participant support, and ongoing program evaluation. Support Director of Learning & Development in the implementation of leadership development initiatives, including participant communication, resource preparation and program execution. Coordinate logistics for the successful delivery of enterprise learning initiatives by managing schedules, materials, facilitator support, and participant communications. Leverage Workday Learning to support delivery and tracking of learning programs, ensuring accurate data capture, streamlined user experience, and actionable insights for ongoing improvement. Oversee compliance training delivery and tracking, ensuring assignments are accurate, up to date, and aligned with regulatory and internal policy requirements. Collaborate across Talent, Development & Inclusion (TD&I) organization to align program deployments with broader employee experience initiatives. Design and curate learning pathways and resources that align with capability needs and career progression. Support the integration and continuous improvement of learning programs within Workday Learning to ensure usability, scalability, and a cohesive learner experience that nurtures Solidigm’s evolving learning ecosystem. Track program metrics and learning outcomes to support continuous improvement and strategic planning. Stay responsive to evolving TD&I priorities by shifting focus as needed, including potential support for strategic workforce planning, skills mapping, and future capability-building initiatives in partnership with Talent Management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field required Professional certifications in instructional design, coaching, or L&D methodologies preferred Combination of education and experience Required Qualifications 5 years of L&D experience in a global or complex organization Experience with Workday learning Bilingual speaker (English/Spanish) Experience in looking in Data Being able to pull reports. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading program delivery, learning operations, and LMS administration Familiarity with compliance and regulatory training Skills and Competencies: Strong project and program management capabilities Excellent communication, facilitation, and coordination skills Proficient in learning systems (e.g., Workday Learning, LMS platforms) Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and deliver scalable learning programs Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
