Dynatrace Migration Specialists

Dynatrace Admin / Remote We are seeking experienced Dynatrace Migration Specialists aimed at migrating our customers from Dynatrace On-Prem to Dynatrace SaaS. The ideal candidates will possess strong skills on observability, along with Dynatrace SaaS migration experience. Detailed JD below: Key Responsibilities: • Lead and execute the migration of Dynatrace On-Prem environments to Dynatrace SaaS. • Implement and enhance observability practices to ensure optimal performance and reliability during and after migration. • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored migration solutions. • Utilize runbooks to guide migration processes while also demonstrating the ability to adapt and go beyond standard instructions. • Ensure seamless transition and minimal disruption to customer operations during migration. • Provide training and support to customers post-migration to ensure they are fully operational on Dynatrace SaaS. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process. Required Skills and Experience: • Strong understanding of Dynatrace On-Prem and SaaS environments. • Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships. • Ability to quickly come up to speed and understand complex migration processes. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing requirements. • Experience with runbooks and the ability to follow and enhance them as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in similar migration projects. • Certification in Dynatrace administration. • Familiarity with cloud environments and SaaS solutions. Position requirement : Total 5 Resources (3 UK shift , 2 US shift) timings.
