OPEN ROLES: 1. Manager – Global AMS (Workday) Openings: 2 Experience Required: 12 years Corporate Applications, 4–6 years in Managed Services Key Responsibilities: Lead teams of consultants across Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Integrations). Provide strategic Workday guidance, best practices, and touchpoints to clients. Manage delivery across multiple AMS engagements in a global delivery model. Participate in sales efforts, SOW reviews, and client escalation management. Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development. Must Have: Workday HCM Certification (Active) EAS Workday Certification Strong understanding of SaaS Managed Services & HCM process areas 2. Principal Consultant – Global AMS (Workday) Openings: 1 Experience Required: 5–7 years Corporate Applications, 3–5 years in Workday Key Responsibilities: Nearshore leadership across functional and technical workstreams. Execute AMS and implementation activities; resolve incidents and manage RCA. Lead design and enhancement of Workday HCM and Financial Management. Oversee Workday Technical Reporting; support integration with other systems. Must Have: Workday HCM Certification (Active) Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, Integrations, and Reports Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills 3. Workday Technology Architect Openings: 1 Experience Required: 5–7 years relevant experience; 3–5 years in Workday integrations Key Responsibilities: Architect Workday solutions, lead configuration and integration efforts. Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance. Mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation and compliance. Must Have: Workday HCM Certification (Active) Expertise in Workday Financial Management & Reporting Strong documentation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities 4. Workday Developer Openings: Multiple Experience Required: 5 years in Workday integration; 7 years in IT/software development Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and test Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect). Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple Workday modules. Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, DevOps integration, and impact analysis. Participate in proof-of-concepts and production support as needed. Must Have: Advanced knowledge in Workday integration tools and web services Strong background in HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting Experience in agile environments with cross-functional teams 5. Workday Test Lead Openings: Multiple Experience Required: 5 years in testing leadership; deep domain knowledge in Workday Key Responsibilities: Define test strategies across large-scale Workday implementations. Develop automated test frameworks, validation packs, and roll-out plans. Coordinate testing with vendors and internal teams, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Focus on Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Recruiting modules. Must Have: Proven ROI through automation initiatives Strong coordination, planning, and metrics reporting skills Ability to translate business processes into testable scenarios General Qualifications for All Roles: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Experience working in global delivery models and client-facing roles Proven leadership in mentoring, managing teams, and handling escalations Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with Workday releases Required Certifications (Role-Specific): ✅ Workday HCM Certification (Mandatory) ✅ EAS Workday Certification (for Manager & Principal Consultant) ✅ Workday Developer certifications (for Developer roles)
