Job Description
RH: Daniela Márquez Location: any state of Mexico Industry - Sector: CPRS What you’ll do? Manage, optimize, and monitor data pipelines in Redshift, ensuring high performance and reliability. Develop and implement automation solutions for alerts, monitoring, and incident management to ensure data system uptime and performance. Provide technical support for Redshift-related issues, perform troubleshooting, and resolve data-related incidents promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain data infrastructure and systems. Work with AWS services (S3, Lambda) to automate and optimize data workflows. Document processes, system configurations, and solutions for future reference. Participate in the continuous improvement of data infrastructure and monitoring practices. What you’ll bring: Must Haves: Strong knowledge of Redshift: Expertise in managing and optimizing Amazon Redshift clusters and performance. Proficiency in SQL: Advanced SQL skills to query and manipulate data efficiently. Alert Automation & Monitoring: Experience with setting up automated alerting systems, proactive monitoring, and responding to incidents related to data systems. Experience with AWS: Solid experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and other cloud tools. Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues in a timely manner. Nice to Have: Python: Ability to write Python scripts to automate workflows, data processing, or incident response tasks. Informatica PWC: Experience with Informatica PowerCenter or PowerExchange, especially related to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. AWS Data Zone: Familiarity with AWS Data Zone for data governance and access management. Additional AWS Services: Familiarity with other AWS tools like Glue, Athena, or Redshift Spectrum.
