Job Description
Project Description: At DXC we use the power of technology to deliver mission-critical IT services that our customers need to modernize operations and drive innovation across their entire IT estate. We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing and modern workplace. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned client accounts. • Collaborate with Account Delivery Associates to ensure smooth account operations. • Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their needs. • Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts. • Work with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics. • Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on account strategies. • Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate when necessary. • Provide regular updates on account performance. Mandatory Skills Description: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 7 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role • Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles • Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Nice-to-Have Skills Description: • An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus Languages: English: B2 Upper Intermediate
