Job Opportunity Join the team and take the opportunity to be part of the energy transition in Mexico. We are looking for an Asset Management Administrator to join the Team. General objective of the position To provide support and follow-up to the wind and solar plants about administrative, budgetary, and contractual management through continuous monitoring and issuance of various periodic reports to keep management and directors informed about the status of the assets and contractors' compliance. Main responsibilities Develop and follow up on the annual budget of solar and wind farms through the review of payment requests required by the head of the farm in order to control the budget expenditure and establish measures to deal with amounts that exceed what has been agreed. Follow up on the activities established in the operation and maintenance contracts with the operators by scheduling biweekly or monthly meetings with the quality, safety, environmental, operation and maintenance areas in order to identify contractors' compliance. Review and compare the information provided by the park operator and the Control Room regarding monthly energy compliance in parks in order to determine if the parameters established for the payment of the compliance bonus or the penalty established for non-compliance in the contract at the end of the year are met. Make reports on availability, performance, deviations and budgets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis in order to keep management and banks informed on asset performance. Support plant managers through support in the management of administrative processes in the corporate with the areas of legal, purchasing and finance to expedite the approval and execution of various activities in the parks. Participate and follow up on special projects to be executed in plants according to the needs of the operation itself in order to simplify or develop new ones. Evaluate the generation of solar energy on a weekly or monthly basis and generate a base offer for the commercial area to review and approve so that the JAC can manage changes in the AUGC offers ( Asignación Suplementaria de Unidades de Central Eléctrica ). Job Profile Education: Graduated in Electrical, Renewable, Petroleum or related fields. Professional experience: Minimum of two years in solar or wind asset management Professional area: O&M in the renewable area. Specialized knowledge: Turbines, Solar Inverters, Substations, Transmission Lines, Medium Voltage, Electricity Market, AOP, CAPEX.
