At PwC, our business application consulting professionals help organizations optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals through the implementation and ongoing support of SAP solutions. As part of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, you will work on enhancing and maintaining business-critical applications that support global clients. As a SAP SuccessFactors consulting generalist , you will focus on analyzing client needs, implementing and supporting Employee Central solutions, and delivering improvements in core HR processes across digital landscape Available Role: Senior Associate Experience Requirement: 4 years overall SAP experience, with at least 3 years in SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central Key Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end implementations and support cycles of SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF) , especially Employee Central. Configure and maintain Position Management , Time Off , RBP , MDF Objects , Workflows , Picklists , and Adhoc Reporting . Support ESS/MSS functionalities , organizational structures, and Position Budgeting & Control . Ensure data integrity and synchronization between SAP ECC or S/4HANA and SuccessFactors. Manage client deliverables, issue resolution , and post-go-live support. Interact directly with clients and functional teams , adapting configurations to business needs. Work with Solution Manager for project documentation and change control. Collaborate in integration with SAP FI-CO and other modules. Uphold PwC’s quality standards and client service expectations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC focus). Familiarity with SAP ECC 6.0 or higher (version 4.7 upwards required). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in global teams and cross-functional environments. Preferred Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors (any module) ITIL Foundations Certification (nice to have) Familiarity with NetWeaver components and ALE/IDOC/EDI interfaces Skills & Attributes English Proficiency: C1 – Advanced Functional and technical knowledge of SAP SSFF Employee Central Strong grasp of HR processes and their digital transformation Experience in AMS/AES environments or support models Team-oriented with a growth mindset and strong client relationship skills High adaptability and critical thinking in dynamic settings
