Jr SAP ABAP Developer

SAP ABAP Programmer with functional knowledge to perform ABAP programming, design, testing, and debugging work related to the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP modules. Responsibilities: Works as a technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks. Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in the development of technical solutions. Participate as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers. Understands DXC strategy and the role that the individual plays. Uses knowledge tools and reuses information for the benefit of projects, and of professional development. Mandatory Skills Description: Education and Experience Required: 6 years of technical experience SAP ABAP development and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study. A Computer or Industrial Engineer Bachelor or equivalent Degree. ABAP Programming and software development knowledge (Reports, ALV, Function Modules, Classes, ABAP proxy). HANA DB Enhancements, User exits, BADI OO Programming Debugging and program performance tuning. Has sufficient depth and breadth of technical knowledge to be individually responsible for the implementation of a specific deliverable. Able to contribute to the design for deliverables. Has ability to perform/drive resolution of problems on individual products. Demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area. Demonstrate fundamental technical knowledge. ITIL Process knowledge (a plus) Customer Service experience. Experience leading projects from technical perspective. Strong research and troubleshooting skills. Strong experience with customers in different locations. English (at least 85%).
