At PwC, our business application consulting professionals help organizations optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals through the implementation and ongoing support of SAP solutions. As part of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, you will work on enhancing and maintaining business-critical applications that support global clients. As a SAP consulting generalist, you will focus on analyzing client needs, implementing SAP MDG solutions, and contributing to data governance initiatives in complex, digital environments. Available Role: Senior Associate Experience Requirement: 5 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 3 years focused on SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). Key Responsibilities SAP MDG Implementation & Support: Configure domains F, S, C, M (Financial, Supplier, Customer, and Material Master Data) within S/4HANA. Data Governance & Modeling: Design data models, workflows (BRF), Floorplan Manager (FPM) interfaces, and validation rules. Project Delivery: Participate in AMS/AES or end-to-end implementation projects involving SAP MDG. Client Interaction: Document functional specifications (FSD), advise on standard MDG processes, and ensure quality deliverables. System Integration: Integrate MDG with SAP FI, MM, SD modules, and work with cross-functional and technical teams. Reporting & Data Quality: Develop reports on master data statistics and support data cleansing activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as: Systems Engineering Information Technology Business Administration Industrial Engineering Accounting (with SAP specialization) Preferred Certifications: SAP MDG Certification Basic knowledge of ABAP, Fiori, and BRF (nice to have) Skills & Attributes English Proficiency: C1 – Advanced (daily interaction with global teams) Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP MDG on S/4HANA, including data modeling, validation, workflow design, and integration. Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to guide team members, share technical knowledge, and foster a culture of excellence. Digital Proficiency: Comfortable with SAP configuration tools and reporting capabilities. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify process improvements and deliver functional and technical solutions.
