Department: Manufacturing / Production / Machining Position Objective To ensure the efficient and timely execution of the production plan through the operational leadership of the machining area, strict hour-by-hour monitoring, consistent production compliance, and the promotion of a culture of continuous improvement while meeting the company’s quality, safety, and performance standards. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar leadership position within the automotive or metal-mechanical industry, with proven expertise in precision machining operations. Technical Knowledge CNC and conventional machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, grinding). Statistical Process Control (SPC), time and motion studies. Deep understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, hour-by-hour compliance, scrap analysis). Software Skills: SAP (preferred), advanced Excel, production tracking tools. Certifications (preferred): IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt). Core Competencies: Strong leadership and operational decision-making Effective communication and team engagement High-pressure problem-solving Goal-oriented mindset Commitment to continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Oversee the execution of the daily production schedule with a primary focus on the machining lines. Implement and maintain hour-by-hour production tracking boards to monitor real-time progress and respond to deviations. Ensure the availability of tools, materials, and qualified personnel to meet established production targets. Guarantee product quality through process control at each machining stage. Lead and develop teams of supervisors and technicians with a strong results-oriented mindset. Act promptly to resolve production deviations or technical issues. Analyze key manufacturing KPIs (OEE, scrap rate, route compliance, machine availability) and lead corrective action plans. Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM. Ensure adherence to safety, order, and cleanliness standards on the shop floor. Participate in internal and external audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements. Additional Features & Benefits Permanent hiring. Full-time schedule.
