IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Social network you want to login/join with: We are looking for an IT Business Analyst The mission of the IT Business Analyst is to recommend and facilitate the design, development, testing, rollout, operation, and evolution of OneVisionAgency modules to meet the company’s strategic objectives and business requirements. They contribute to the Scrum Team and provide support throughout the entire rollout lifecycle to ensure that the product meets company goals, business needs, and requirements. Key Responsibilities Be an active contributor in developing training materials, process documentation, and conducting Gap Analysis for production releases, migrations, and transitions. Support Key Users in testing activities, providing guidance, and addressing their inquiries. Provide post-Go Live support to end users and Development/Support teams, with a focus on problem-solving with urgency. Qualifications and Experience Understanding of client–server application architecture. Knowledge of Windows Server 2018 configuration. Ability to write SQL queries and proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio. Experience in software configuration and testing. Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting. Understanding of IT security concepts. Customer service orientation. Experience with requirements and tests management tools, Data Management Systems, and Data-Oriented systems.
