Join us to work on impactful projects in a collaborative and vibrant Description : We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to support the customization, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions for a US-based healthcare client. Youll work closely with NonStop's engineering team, client-side stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust and compliant Salesforce and Responsibilities : - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies - Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards - Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., APIs, middleware) - Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Maintain code quality, security, and performance best practices - Participate in client calls, stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies - Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) during development (training/guidance will be provided as 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a similar role - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns - Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred) - Excellent communication and client-interfacing skills - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Good to have: - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Admin) - Exposure to the US healthcare domain or healthcare applications - Knowledge of HIPAA or other regulatory frameworks Why Join Us? - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology products - A collaborative and learning-driven environment - Exposure to AI and software engineering innovations - Excellent work ethics and culture If you're passionate about technology and want to work on impactful projects, we'd love to hear from you!
