Salary on offer and working onsite and hybrid: The salary on offer for the successful Lead/Principal Hardware & Firmware Engineer is £75,000 - £90,000 per annum . Hybrid working of 2-3 days working in the office is available. The role: This is an exciting role because the ideal Lead/Principal Hardware & Firmware Engineer will have a strong background in Electronics Design, Firmware Development & Leadership skills . The Lead/Principal Hardware & Firmware Engineer will lead the design and architecture of the technology & products across the full product design lifecycle as well leading and mentoring a highly innovative small team.
