Install, configure, and service SALTO access control systems at client sites Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues Perform system updates, integrations, and routine maintenance Provide exceptional customer support and technical guidance Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project completion Document service calls, installations, and customer interactions What Do You Bring? 2 years of experience with electronic access control systems (SALTO experience preferred) Solid understanding of networking, cabling, and low-voltage systems Technical diploma or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics/security systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the GTA Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused MT1
