We’re Hiring: U.S. Market Recruiters – High-Performance Talent Wanted As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our Centralized Delivery team to support high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based clients. We are looking for driven, results-oriented recruiters who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to make an immediate impact. Who We’re Looking For: We are not just hiring recruiters — we are hiring recruitment specialists who: · ✅ Have 6–12 months of hands-on experience recruiting for the U.S. market, with a deep understanding of its dynamics and expectations. · ✅ Are experts in high-volume recruiting, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously with speed and precision. · ✅ Can own the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, resume optimization, and conducting structured interviews. · ✅ Are KPI-driven and thrive under performance metrics — our standard is to fill roles in under 24 hours. · ✅ Are tech-savvy, with strong command of Excel, Word, databases, and ATS platforms (speed and accuracy are key). · ✅ Speak fluent English (C1/C2 level preferred) — you’ll be engaging with U.S. candidates daily. · ✅ Have prior experience in international call centers (e.g., AMEX, Teleperformance, ICC), which is a strong advantage. · ✅ Live within reasonable commuting distance to Torre Manacar and have reliable transportation — punctuality is non-negotiable.
