Job Description
At Capgemini, we are excited to welcome our next Sr Recruiter to collaborate with one of our top global clients in the insurance industry! We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sr Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. Who will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, ongoing candidate interaction, interviewing and assessing candidates, and ensuring SLAs are under completion. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from intake sessions, posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, managing offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication. Process-Driven Mindset – Strong experience creating or refining recruitment processes and assessments. Confident & Proactive Communicator – Able to manage hiring manager relationships and influence decisions. Strong Sourcing Abilities – Excited to lead candidate sourcing initiatives to increase volume. Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to keep recruitment data structured and actionable. Qualifications: Proven experience in the Insurance or Finance industry. 5 years of experience in recruiting (preferably in a fast-paced environment such as consulting companies). Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and sourcing methods. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing recruitment needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
