Accounts Payable Analyst, Portuguese Speaker

Responsibilities As an Accounts Payable Analyst (Portuguese Speaker), your duties will include: Accurately and efficiently handling invoice processing using the company’s workflow tools. Managing invoice and payment priorities based on vendor terms to ensure on-time payments, including handling urgent payment requests. Matching invoices with purchase orders in the company’s system. Verifying that all required information and approvals are complete and correct. Reviewing supplier documents to ensure they meet legal and tax regulations for the country. Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any issues. Performing reconciliations by checking entries and comparing system reports to identify and fix discrepancies. Recommending improvements to streamline and enhance the process when possible. In addition to the above, we’re looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, proactive, and analytical, with a strong interest in being part of a fast-moving, international company. Strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken Ideally, at least one year of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC or Oracle is a plus Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and delivering excellent customer service A strong focus on customer satisfaction is key A collaborative attitude and a positive, solution-oriented mindset
