Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Application Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for enterprise systems. The role involves incident resolution, system enhancement, testing, and collaboration with both internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, ERP knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global support environment. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end application support, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and meeting SLAs. Investigate and resolve performance problems and system failures. Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and patch updates. Support and drive reporting, alerts, and business-critical processes. Analyze, design, test, and implement system or application enhancements. Conduct functional and regression testing, including vendor patch and performance testing. Coordinate with onshore and offshore business and development teams. Support code migration and deployment when required. Maintain documentation of issues, fixes, and enhancement efforts. Functional Skills Strong ability to analyze and document business processes and requirements. Skilled in creating and executing test cases based on business scenarios. Capable of managing ongoing projects with cross-functional ERP teams. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to plan and organize tasks in a global support model. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in application support. Experience with Oracle EBS (preferably in the SCM module). Familiarity with compliance applications is a plus. Flexible to work varied hours to support global teams. Why Join Us?
