An established construction management firm is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale healthcare projects in NYC. Their NYC operations are known for high-profile, technically challenging projects and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. *Description* * Lead daily coordination of all MEP trades on active healthcare project sites * Oversee compliance with NYC DOB, NFPA, and DOH regulations * Maintain project schedule and manage subcontractor performance * Collaborate closely with project management, engineers, and facilities teams * Identify and resolve field issues proactively, with a focus on patient safety and infection control *Profile* You bring 6-8 years of MEP field leadership on NYC-based healthcare facilities, such as hospitals or surgical centers. You're highly familiar with local codes, hospital procedures, and thrive in live or occupied environments.
