Functional Skills Lead Tutor – English

Rethink are partnering with PeoplePlus to hire a Functional Skills Lead Tutor – English to join the team at HMYOI Werrington. The Role Based on-site at HMYOI Werrington As the Functional Lead Tutor, it will be your responsibility to lead and develop a team approach to deliver a high-quality service to learners. Your role will include teaching hours, leading by example as an excellent practitioner is key to this role. You will support the Assistant Education Manager in overseeing the performance of the functional skills department and, as part of the management team you will be responsible for maximising contract performance, developing curriculum, delivering quality provision and exceeding the expectations of partners and learners in line with the company ethos of ‘Improving Peoples Lives’. What are we looking for?
