Quality Control Supervisor

About the Role As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with ISO and BRC standards, and continuously improving our quality management systems. This role is perfect for someone with a strong FMCG or production background, particularly in food or cosmetics manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards (BRC, ISO). Manage the internal audit programme and resolve non-conformances. Oversee quality control documentation, procedures, and SOPs. Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions. Lead and develop a high-performing quality team. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to uphold quality standards. Provide quality-related training to employees. Analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For You are a detail-oriented and proactive quality professional with experience in production environments, FMCG, or liquid fill operations. You have a solid understanding of BRC, ISO, and HACCP Level 3 standards, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and develop a team. Why Join DCS Group?
