Venues Supervisor

The Role Are you ready to bring your leadership skills to the heart of student life? Join our vibrant Venues Team at SUSU! As a Venue Supervisor, youll oversee exciting shifts at our popular outlets Stags, The Bridge, and Below Deck. You'll lead a team of up to 5 staff members, ensuring they deliver top-notch service in a fun and dynamic environment. No Personal License? No problem! We'll support you through the process to make sure youre up to speed with licensing laws. Plus, youll liaise with security, event organisers, and even hold the keys to our fantastic venues when needed. If you dont have a level 3 food hygiene qualification yet, weve got that covered too! About You We're looking for motivated, proactive individuals with a knack for customer service and team leadership. As the go-to person on shift, you'll need to prioritise and allocate tasks effectively. Experience in customer service and supervisory roles is a plus! You'll be interacting with students daily, so a friendly and approachable attitude is a must. We value your feedback and ideas to continually improve our services. Reporting to the Venues Manager, you'll also collaborate with various SUSU departments, so strong communication skills are essential.
