This company have been rapidly expanding within the Residential Parks industry and now operate over 100 high-end and bespoke parks across the UK. As a result of their recent success they are now looking to onboard a new supervisor. In this role you will be working from a local office in your area and required to travel to sites throughout the UK. You will be responsible for overseeing the Maintenance and Engineering operations across a number of high-end facilities. This role would suit someone with Contract Management experience who wants a secure role within an exciting field with full training across a range of responsibility. The Role: Coordinating and Overseeing Maintenance and Engineering teams. Operational tasks running residential parks. Occasional travel to site. Office based role (Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30).
