Finance Officer

We are pleased to be working with a charity based in Witney that are looking for a Finance Officer to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role, that is looking to work in a supportive environment. Key responsibilities: Handle transactional finance tasks across Sales, Purchases, Rent, Cash & Bank, Payroll, and Expenses ledgers Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external finance stakeholders Ensure accurate recording of customer receivables, supplier payables, bank balances, and employee payments Verify transactions are authorised and compliant with company policies before payments Issue invoices, notices, and reports to keep customers, suppliers, and employees informed Support process improvements to enhance efficiency Adhere to finance regulations, policies, and procedures Provide team cover as needed under Finance management direction What they're looking for: Excellent communication skills Good IT skills including Excel Previous experience in an invoice processing role Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
