This position is a remote position to work from Mexico. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients. Requirements: 4–10 years of L3 Application Support experience. Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or equivalent). 3 years of software development experience. Proficient in Java or similar programming language. Strong debugging and scripting skills, including Linux bash scripting. Clear and empathetic communication skills. Comfortable working on support issues while building out tools and automation. Ability to identify edge cases and implement validations. Familiarity with tools such as GitLab, JIRA, and incident management systems. Understanding of SDLC, support ticketing, and prioritization processes.
