What you will bring: Qualifications Proficient in English PMI or equivalent Project management certification preferred Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects, especially those involving HR business transformation or software implementation Experience in HR or Payroll (PY) transformation projects Familiarity with Workday or SAP PY modules Required Skills Expertise in change management, risk & issue management, and stakeholder engagement Apply critical thinking to guide the project team through key decisions Lead workstreams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget Facilitate recurring team and stakeholder meetings Prepare and present status reports to senior management Preferred Skills Strong emotional intelligence and organizational acumen Effective leadership and decision-making under pressure Strategic problem-solving and adaptability
