Senior Product Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior Product Designer (Remote – Full Time) Location: Remote (working hours aligned to 9 AM – 5 PM PT) Compensation: ➡️ Option 1: MXN $44,000 – $53,000 gross/month with full legal and superior benefits ➡️ Option 2: MXN $55,000 – $65,000 net/month as a contractor with basic benefits (12 vacation days, 15 days aguinaldo, private health insurance, and accounting support) About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of end-to-end experiences across our resident-facing mobile app, internal tools, admin hub, and marketing assets. You’ll work within a mature design system—and play a pivotal role in shaping its evolution. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about elegant, functional design with real-world impact in the fintech and PropTech space. What You'll Do Own the UI/UX of Roost’s mobile app, web dashboards, internal tools, and visual marketing Design high-converting landing pages, branded assets, print/digital collateral Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma (no need to start from scratch!) Collaborate with product and engineering on roadmap planning and feature rollouts Conduct and apply UX research, usability testing, and user insights Deliver polished specs, user flows, and QA support to ensure pixel-perfect execution You Bring 5 years in digital product design across mobile, web, and brand/print Expertise in Figma, Webflow, and basic HTML/CSS Portfolio showcasing elegant design, clear user flows, measurable results Experience with remote collaboration tools: Slack, Jira, Loom, etc. Strong communication skills and a product-owner mindset Bonus: experience in fintech, PropTech, or consumer financial tools Working with Us 100% remote, flexible environment No sales or mentoring responsibilities—this is an individual contributor role Collaborative, cross-functional team: product, engineering, and marketing Reports directly to product leadership Ready to Apply?
