We’re Hiring: Legal Analyst About the Role We’re looking for a Legal Analyst to join our Legal team and support the business unit with key legal and administrative tasks. This role is essential to ensure compliance, manage contracts, and contribute to strong corporate governance. Key Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements. Managing legal and contractual databases (e.g., Katalyst, COMAT). Handling vendor payments and department budgeting. Supporting personal data processing documentation. Preparing corporate documents (board agendas, shareholder minutes, etc.). Coordinating internal legal operations and administrative tasks.
