UX/UI Designer

General Purpose of the position We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX/UI who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As UX/UI, you’ll analyze user feedback and activity iterating to enhance the user experience, usage scenarios, running user testing of websites, creating wireframes, creating product prototypes, sitemaps, screen flows and more. Key Responsibilities: Manage and create all product elements - PRDs, Wireframes, Design, User and Job stories, Research, Backlog, and Competitive analysis. Partner with Stakeholders to gain an understanding of the customer experience and cross-functional teams to deliver products that support the overall vision. Define quick win features and long-term complex projects with attention to every detail and extra focus on user experience. Communicate user experience with user stories, user journeys, storyboarding, interactive prototypes, low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and a thorough understanding of responsive design methodology. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Facilitate product vision by researching conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products. Identify design problems and devise smart solutions. Work cross-functionally with internal teams. Analyze user feedback and activity and iterate to enhance the user experience. Design and develop the user experience for our mobile, desktop and web experiences. Qualifications: 4-5 years of real-world product design experience years of experience in creating and implementing UX/UI. Expertise in standard UX software. A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns. Experience working directly with stakeholders to drive consensus and mine for value. Ability to work with other teams to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet stakeholder needs and vision. Experience in the development and usage of design systems, libraries, and patterns, such as digital guidelines. Analyze and identify pain points from the users’ perspective, based on your user research. Conduct usability tests. Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome. Experience creating storyboards and website mapping. Facilitate user feedback sessions, and present UI/UX concepts, recommendations, and deliverables professionally.
