PEGA Developer

At PwC, our integration and platform architecture professionals help organizations enhance efficiency and scalability by implementing cutting-edge BPM solutions. As part of our Acceleration Center (AC) team, you will contribute to delivering robust and automated process architectures using the PEGA platform for global clients. As a PEGA Developer – Senior Associate , you will focus on building, testing, and implementing end-to-end PEGA applications, driving automation strategies, and contributing to decisioning and data modeling initiatives in digital environments. Available Role: Senior Associate Experience Requirement: 4–5 years of overall experience with the PEGA platform, including development, integration, and decisioning logic. Key Responsibilities: PEGA Application Development & Support: Design and implement PEGA solutions including workflows, rules, case types, and decisioning capabilities. Data Modeling & Integration: Create robust data models and integrate PEGA applications with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs. Testing & QA Leadership: Lead or support end-to-end testing efforts, ensuring application quality through unit and regression testing strategies. Client Delivery: Participate in global delivery engagements, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and document technical/functional specifications. Architecture Compliance: Work with rulesets, branches, and versioned environments (Dev/QA/Prod) ensuring adherence to development best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as: Computer Science Systems Engineering Information Technology Mechatronics Electronics / Communications Engineering Preferred Certifications: Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) – Required Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Preferred (CLSA is a plus for future leadership opportunities) Skills & Attributes English Proficiency: C1 – Advanced (daily collaboration with global teams) Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PEGA PRPC, decision tables, data pages, UI rules (Constellation UI), and service integrations. Agile Experience: Familiarity with Scrum and agile delivery methodologies. Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking for process design and technical troubleshooting. Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and lead QA or development workstreams when needed.
