General Summary: Participates in the Quality System Management to ensure customer satisfaction by improving quantitative processes. Work closely with all departments to ensure continuous improvement, in accordance with customer requirements. Support and train the different company members in the policies and procedures elaborations, as well as in the application of the Quality Management System. Plan, organize, develop, monitor, and control the activities for the implementation of the Quality Management Systems. Lead internal quality audits and verify the implementation of preventive / corrective actions derived from them. Address the observations of external audits of the client and third parties, as well as the verification of the closure of the generated actions. Establish and validate the application of quality control instruments in MTM. Analyze the information of management indicators for the design of new strategies or corrective business plans. Responsible for implementing and maintaining product quality requirements while maintaining the requirements of ISO9001 / IATF16949 standards and directing internal quality initiatives. Manages and directs all the personnel of his/her department. Works closely with sales department to link customer and supplier development activities Monitors process controls, develops, and evaluates process recommendations for either adjustments or equipment changes. Monitors product/material evaluations and procedures and monitors process control to ensure all products are within customer specifications. Develops and implements inspection and sampling techniques and quality control plans. Conducts investigations of product defects and recommends changes to the product or quality standards as a guarantee. Interacts with and visits customers / suppliers when necessary to ensure they meet quality requirements. Maintains the corrective action system, both internal and external. Verifies the application of policies and procedures in the MTM processes. Supports and trains the different members of the company in the elaboration of policies and procedures, as well as in the application of the Quality Management System. Plans, organizes, develops, monitors, and controls the activities for the implementation of the Quality Management Systems. Addresses the observations of the external quality audits, as well as verifies the closing of the generated actions. Validates and establishes the application of quality control instruments.
