Establish and validate the application of quality control instruments in MTM. Analyze the information of management indicators for the design of new strategies or corrective business plans. Responsible for implementing and maintaining product quality requirements while maintaining the requirements of ISO9001 / IATF16949 standards and directing internal quality initiatives. Manages and directs all the personnel of his/her department. Works closely with sales department to link customer and supplier development activities Monitors process controls, develops, and evaluates process recommendations for either adjustments or equipment changes.
