Dolce&Gabbana Beauty is looking for a proactive, organized and multi-tasking Demand Planner . This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who are looking to take the next step in their career to oversee the full cycle of planning /supply chain processes. The Demand Planner will be the integration point into the sales and commercial organization, leading monthly dialogues for their respective customers and products. Additionally, the position will collaborate with Operations partners to meet service level goals for the Commercial Organization. Main Activities And Responsibilities: Review & maintain Demand forecasts for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. Reconcile significant variances and discuss sales and marketing assumptions. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure current and accurate information is used for alignment meetings & reviews, focusing on understanding demand forecast drivers. Use and maintain Demand Planning tools: Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, and SAP. Coordinate with Initiatives and Marketing groups to forecast promotional activities and new launches. Participate in S&OP meetings. Monitor and evaluate KPIs, identifying gaps and recommending actions to improve performance. Prepare strategic and ad hoc analyses. Requirements: Master’s Degree required Three to four years of experience in a similar role Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP is a plus Skills And Abilities: Proficiency in analysis with understanding of financial and operational impacts Ability to handle high-volume data, manual tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and following instructions Trustworthy with confidential information and maintaining a professional attitude Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively across teams and levels of business; team player J-18808-Ljbffr
